In the initial workshop they learn and discover how to:

2. Develop a Mission ( a statement of how they will  get there)
3. Discover their Purpose ( a statement of why they do what they do)
4. Clearly understand the need to be Profitable and their role within the Organisation to help make this a reality.
5. Identify their true value so they become the ‘head not the tail”
6. Negotiate effectively in order to create win/win scenarios and better outcomes.
7. Delight clients by developing internal and external “wow” experiences that can be delivered each and every time for all concerned.
8. Design “The Box” a concept that helps set you apart from your competitors.
9. Build systems that enable components to be duplicated replicated and leveraged without being solely reliant on any one person at any given time.
10. Sustain a Team environment that reflects unity

The Magnificent 7 program and content is the culmination of 22 years development. We have literally travelled throughout Australia and Overseas delivering this program and working with almost every Industry and the “whose who” of Business. The program’s focus is to give the participant both the skills and Tools backed up with the belief and confidence to make a difference. One distinct advantage of the “Mag 7’ is we only ever allow 7 participants per workshop so we can invest the time necessary per person to enable them ‘to get it”.Unlike other programs that relies heavily on theory we concentrate on reality and implement what we share on the day by making real calls to real people to prove this stuff works.
